ERIC

1966 - present; includes articles from magazines & journals (EJ) plus reports and other documents (ED). Some EDs (1990 - 2006) available online. Also available through the FirstSearch platform.

PsycINFO

PsycINFO provides access to international literature in psychology and related disciplines such as psychiatry, education, business, medicine, nursing, pharmacology, law, linguistics, and social work. PsycINFO is a department of the American Psychological Association (APA) and contains over 2,487,286 records as of December 2007.

JSTOR & Project MUSE

Scholarly, full-text databases covering all humanities disciplines.

Lexis-Nexis

Excellent place to find current newspaper articles. Indexes full-text articles for most major papers. Follow these steps to locate articles or reviews from major papers in the US.

• Click on Power Search
• Under Select Sources select U.S. Newspapers & Wires
• Enter your search keywords using search connectors

ABI Inform

This database includes about 80% full-text articles from the business press, trade publications, academic journals, and newspapers (including full text of the Wall Street Journal). It is a great starting point for articles on broad business topics.
